Question One. Why don't I receive a reply after contacting?

It may be that the email you sent was detected as a spam mailbox by the mail system, so we did not receive and reply to your email in time.

There are two emails to contact us.
1. Via support@sparkforu.com(Primary mailbox)
2. Via service@sparkforu.com(Secondary mailbox)

The primary email used is support@sparkforu.com. If there are malfunctions with the email system, we will contact you through service@sparkforu.com.

If you have not received our reply after 24 hours, please kindly contact us through the secondary Email service@sparkforu.com.

Under normal circumstances, we will respond within 24 hours at the latest. In case of holidays, thank you for understanding that delays may occur.

Question Two. How to apply for the discount?

To use your discount, please kindly first make sure that you have copied all the right alphabets and numbers, with no space. 

If it still doesn’t work, please contact the Email support@sparkforu.com.

Question Three. How to get my discount?

1. You can obtain discount codes and use coupons on the product link interface.

2. Subscribe to our website and you can get our latest discounts via Email support@sparkforu.com.

Refer our website to your friends and you both can share the discount! (Please friendly note that this is still under test)

 

Question Four. What fabrics are used for your items?

Different items use different fabrics, but most items use the following two fabrics. Or you can also see the details in the item's description.
1. 35% Rayon / 65% Polyester
2. 20% Wool / 80% Polyester

 

Question Five. Why does it take 3~5 days to process an order?

Since all of our items are handmade, our production time takes 3~5 days, this time is not included in the shipping time. 

Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery policy for details. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Question Six. Can I cancel or modify my order?

About cancellation:

If your order was placed before 5 pm (PST) on the same day and you want to cancel the order, you can cancel the order by contacting us before 5 pm (PST) on the same day.
If the order was placed after 5 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting us within 24 hours.

However, if the order is already in production, cancellation is not allowed.

About modification:

If the order has not been shipped yet, you can modify the order.
If the order appears to be in transit, no modifications to the order are allowed.

 

Question Seven. How do you ship?

Our available options include 4PX, DHL, USPS, Express, and FedEx Shipping. But we mainly ship via 4PX and DHL.

  

Question Eight. How much is shipping?

We have three shipping options: Free Shipping, Fast Shipping, and Expedited Shipping. Among them, fast shipping is $25 and expedited shipping is $45. Please kindly refer to our Shipping and Delivery policy for details.

 

Question Nine. How long is your shipping time?

This depends on the location.

The free shipping time to the US is about 7~15 days and to other areas is about 10~20 days. 

The fast shipping time to the US is about 6~10 days and to other areas is about 7~15 days. 

The expedited shipping time to the US is about 4~7 business days and to other areas is about 6~10 business days. 

  

Question Ten. How to track my orders?

You will receive a confirmation email or text message if you provide a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

 

Question Eleven. What’s my tracking number?

After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking number included, Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

 

Question Twelve. What if my tracking number doesn't work?

Generally speaking, it takes 1 to 3 business days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system, and you will usually receive it automatically via email. If it doesn't work or you haven't received it after a few days, please contact us for help through the Email support@sparkforu.com.

 

Question Thirteen. I haven't received my order, what should I do?

It is recommended to contact the post office or logistics to check first.

Question Fifteen: How to properly care for my suit?

  1. Regular Dry Cleaning: To maintain the texture of the suit fabric, it is advisable to regularly take it to a professional dry cleaner.

  2. Avoid Frequent Cleaning: Do not clean the suit too often, as excessive dry cleaning may damage the fabric.

  3. Hang to Air Dry: After wearing the suit, hang it up to air dry whenever possible. Avoid leaving it in confined spaces for extended periods to maintain its shape and allow ventilation.

  4. Use a Suit Hanger: Use a broad-shouldered hanger to help maintain the shape of the suit shoulders.

  5. Careful Storage: When storing the suit, avoid crushing or exposing it to dampness. It's best to use a dust cover for storage.

  6. Gentle Wrinkle Treatment: If the suit has slight wrinkles, use a steam iron to gently remove them, but avoid direct contact with the iron.

  7. Separate Accessories: Store accessories like ties and cufflinks separately to prevent them from rubbing against the suit fabric.

  8. Timely Repairs: If there is wear or damage, repair it promptly to prevent further issues.

Remember, good care habits can prolong the life of your suit and keep it looking elegant at all times.

We offer shipping services within the United States exclusively.

Domestic Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:

Our handling time is 1 to 2 working days, from Monday to Sunday.

The transit time for deliveries within the United States is 3 to 5 working days, from Monday to Sunday.
