Refund policy

At SparkForU, our commitment is to provide customers with high-quality and cost-effective suits that meet their formalwear needs. We understand that there may be occasions when returns or refunds are necessary, and our goal is to simplify the process as much as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy and familiarize yourself with the procedures for requesting returns or refunds, as well as the conditions for obtaining a refund or exchange.

We accept returns and refunds for the following situations: damaged goods or incorrect items sent by us. This means that if there is no quality issue (due to our error), and you need to contact us within 10 days. After 10 days, the 30-day return does not apply. Please refer to our return and refund policy below. Our return policy is valid for 30 days after purchasing any product from our website.

Kindly Note: We are not responsible for lost items, and in such cases, we do not provide refunds.

Conditions for accepting returns:

We only accept returns within 30 days of customers receiving the defective products. 

All custom orders (including size customization, size replacement in the suit, and color customization are considered custom orders) do not accept any returns.

To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of defective items from the aforementioned situations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (excluding products with quality issues caused by our error).

In order to maintain the item's resale value and facilitate the return or exchange process, it is imperative that the yellow hang tags remain intact and are not removed. We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that the orange label buckle is not removed from the product. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

If the label buckle is removed, no return or exchange is supported.

Exchange Service:

Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you find that the size is not suitable, we will provide an exchange service (the customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping fee). Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.  Expedited shipping services are non-refundable. To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Therefore, all returned products must include all original manuals, registration cards, accessories, boxes, outer packaging, and packaging materials. If returned products are damaged or missing items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to the full purchase price, depending on the extent of the damage or missing items.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once a return is authorized and return instructions are provided to the customer, the merchandise must be returned within 3 days.

Additional shipping fees incurred due to special customer delivery requests (such as overnight delivery, international shipping, etc.) are non-refundable.

Return procedure:

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@sparkforu.com. Once the return is approved, we will provide shipping labels and instructions detailing the location to return the package.

Defects and Issues:

If a product is defective or damaged, by which we mean if you receive the wrong product, please contact us promptly through our official email at support@sparkforu.com so we can address and rectify the issue.

How do customers obtain return labels?

  1. For defective products (if your product is damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective):

Refund Time:

Once the return is approved, and we receive the goods, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved, and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@sparkforu.com.

Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at support@sparkforu.com or call us: +1 303 536 5044.

Return Shipping Cost:

If you purchased a defective product, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by SparkForU, meaning defective products can be returned free of charge. However, if you change your mind or regret the purchase, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost of the item.
