Kindly be aware that as the clothes are handmade, our production time takes 5 bussiness days, this time is not included in the shipping time.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You can visit our tracking order page to track your package anytime.

If there is a holiday, there may be a delay of 3-5 days.

Domestic Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:

Our team handles orders from Monday to Sunday, and the processing time typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

For deliveries within the United States, the transit time is estimated to be 7 to 15 days, also from Monday to Friday.

Please note that the order cut-off time is at 5 pm (EST).

Delivery Method:

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products, we carefully select appropriate shipping methods. Our available options include 4PX, DHL, USPS, Express, and FedEx Shipping.

Shipping Cost and Tax:

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders.
All prices and figures listed are in USD dollars.
Regarding taxes, we do not collect any from our customers.

Change the Address:

Once your order is in transit, we regret to inform you that we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@sparkforu.com.

Make sure to include the following information when changing the address: Order number & contact information.

We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit.

Order Tracking:

After we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your order until it arrives at your designated location.

Cancel the Order:

Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders by contacting support@sparkforu.com.

About cancellation:

The order is canceled in the following situations:

If your order was placed before 5 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting support@sparkforu.com before 5 pm (PST) on the same day.

If the order was placed after 5 pm (PST) on the same day, you can cancel the order by contacting support@sparkforu.com within 24 hours.

However, once the order has entered the production process, the order cannot be canceled.

Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & contact information.

We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@sparkforu.com. Rest assured, we will promptly work with the shipping carrier to address the situation. We are committed to either replacing the product or issuing a refund as necessary. Please keep in mind that the shipping carrier may take up to 5 business days to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide us with a resolution.

Delivery Attempts:

For your convenience, our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts for your package. If they are unable to successfully deliver it after three tries, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to verify your shipping address and gladly resend the package at no extra charge to you.

Foreign transaction fees:

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
